Who We Are

Chili Pepper was established in 2005 in response to the need for entry-level skills training and development in South Africa. From the outset, our core strategy has been to 'unlock the potential in people' by focusing on developing the workforce that is unable to enter a career, due to a lack of skills at a foundational level.

Since then, our focus has shifted to that of 'Changing People for Good'. We provide South Africans, especially youth with special needs and/or are marginalised, and the workforce with the solid foundation, knowledge and skills they need to enhance and maintain productivity at the workplace.
