Do you write a National exam after the ABET course?
Yes, there are two National Exams as well as Exams-on-request throughout the year provided by the IEB (Independent Examinations Board) who is our external moderator
Is Chili Pepper an accredited training provider?
Yes we hold our main accreditation with the ISETT SETA and have secondary accreditation with the Umalusi and the TETA (Transport Education and training authority)
How long does it take to complete an ABET course?
Each Level (1-4) will take a learner 60 hours of tuition to complete (±8 months) but this is dependant on the hours that an organization can allow their employees to be off the workplace. We strive to accommodate each client according to their operational needs.
Where are the lessons held?
Lessons are held on company's premises. Our computer training however is held at Chili Pepper's offices where we have a fully equipped training facility.
Are Chili Pepper's courses unit standard aligned?

Do I need a matric certificate to receive English Communications (ABET) training?
No. Our first step would be to assess the prospective learner to establish if ABET training is required. We have come to find that many candidates do have a matric certificate but their English abilities are still not on a adequate level and would therefore require further foundational training.
